Port Manteau

Port Manteau is a free city on Havencrest Isle. Due to their distance from the Central Cities, they have been able to be sheltered from the volatile politics and power struggles that have engulfed the nearby Civitas Continent.

The city has a democratically elected Townskeeper, who acts in an administrative role and to keep things running in the city well. There is an active town guard made up of deputized citizens who help keep the peace in the bustling port city between visitors and the peaceful townsfolk. The town is largely populated by gnomes, but supports a variety of people and has had an influx of refugees coming through to settle smaller towns on Havencrest Isle.
